Then came the snow. Sunday morning was the first official snow day of 2026 for El Paso and it was a pleasant one!<\/p>\n<p>Schools were delayed Monday morning out of precaution, and honestly, smart move because many El Pasoans, myself included, woke up to dense fog across parts of the city, making the morning commute extra stressful. Drivers across El Paso began reporting potholes popping up seemingly overnight. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/therealfitfamelpaso\/p\/DT_J2IaEqf3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">FitFam El Paso shared photos and videos highlighting the issue, <\/a>noting that while many of the images came from the Eastside, reports were coming in from all over the city.
