Several days into the winter storm, UTA will continue to face operational changes Tuesday. <\/p>\n

Instruction for students will continue to be virtual, with remote work for nonessential employees, due to freezing temperatures expected to continue, according to a university-wide email sent Monday. <\/p>\n

All campus events will be canceled, and some services and facilities will remain limited. Designated essential employees should report to campus as scheduled. <\/p>\n

What to know for Tuesday:The Maverick Activities Center will remain closed.All parking lots and garages will be open parking with any valid parking permit.The Late Night Security Escort Service will be unavailable.MavMover shuttle buses will not operate.All campus events are canceled.<\/p>\n

An expected cycle of daytime thawing followed by overnight freezing is likely to occur, with expected highs in the 40s and reaching 50 during the coming days and temperature drops at night. <\/p>\n

The weather will begin to warm, with Thursday expected to be the warmest day before another temperature drop that night, lasting through Sunday. <\/p>\n

A variety of shelter and food resources<\/a> are available across Arlington and UTA to help residents and students through the winter storm. <\/p>\n
