The incident was confirmed to have happened on Loop 410 South at about 8:15 a.m., according to the traffic monitoring site,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigalert.com\/Map.asp?lat=29.36421&amp;lon=-98.54114&amp;z=0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Sig Alert;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Sig Alert<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;All occupants were evaluated. Vehicles in the area are experiencing a slowdown, and traffic is backed up to the Medina Base Road exit, per SigAlert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">As of 9:15 a.m., only the far left lane is open, according to SigAlert. Officials are warning drivers of expected delays of up to 1 hour.
