Pathways at Santa Rita Courts West<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A 96-unit, 136,000-square-foot residential building is slated for East Austin. Heritage Trail East<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The city of Round Rock is continuing to develop public land following the completion of <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/round-rock\/transportation\/2024\/09\/12\/heritage-trail-west-in-round-rock-nears-completion\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Heritage Trail West<\/a> in 2024. Pfluger Farm Lane North Extension<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The city of Pflugerville is extending <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/pflugerville-hutto\/transportation\/2021\/01\/15\/pflugerville-drives-ahead-on-pfluger-farm-lane-north-pflugerville-parkway-projects\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pfluger Farm Lane<\/a> by 140,210 square feet.
