While a new date for the grand opening has not been named, officials with the pickleball facility confirmed its member day is set for Feb. 1.<\/p>\n<p>City Pickle USA has 16 pickleball courts, a full-service gym and wellness amenities such as red light therapy and cold plunge, according to its website. The facility also has a bar, event space, pro shop and locker rooms.<\/p>\n<p>City Pickle USA guarantees a minimum of 200 hours of open play every month, as well as leagues and tournaments. Annual membership prices range from $525 to $1,325, according to its website.<\/p>\n<p>There are 10 indoor pickleball courts and six outdoor courts at the location at 8600 North City Drive, in the Alliance area of Fort Worth, next to Andretti\u2019s Indoor Karting &amp; Games in the North City development along I-35W. Plans for the project were announced in December 2024, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/keller-roanoke-northeast-fort-worth\/business\/2024\/12\/13\/north-city-pickleball-to-break-ground-in-2025-in-north-fort-worth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">previous reporting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Multi-family development to bring more than 800 apartments, townhomes<\/p>\n<p>HPI Real Estate Services and Investment is behind a development that will feature more than 800 residences near Blue Mound Road and will add a turn lane on Bonds Ranch Road, according to previous <a embed=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/keller-roanoke-northeast-fort-worth\/development\/2025\/12\/26\/hpi-real-estate-services-and-investment-bringing-829-unit-housing-development-to-fort-worth\/\" https:=\"\" maps=\"\" target=\"_blank\" www.google.com=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">reporting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ground was broken in October, and dirt and utility work have followed, according to Tim Shaughnessy, president of HPI Multifamily.<\/p>\n<p>The 829-unit development is a mixture of apartments and cottages\/townhomes, according to a news release.<\/p>\n<p>The first phase will be a 396-unit, three-story apartment complex, and residents are expected to occupy the units in early 2027, Shaughnessy said.<\/p>\n<p>The next phase will include 193 cottage homes, followed by an additional 240 apartments, with plans to break ground on these in 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, there isn\u2019t a name for the apartment complex yet. Shaughnessy said HPI bought the 55-acre property in 2022 and worked through zoning and approvals to start construction.<\/p>\n<p>The development is located in Council District 4 and is within the Northwest ISD school boundary, less than two miles from Alliance Town Center.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Filing made for new apartments on Harmon Road<\/p>\n<p>An apartment complex in north Fort Worth is scheduled to begin construction in March, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026010032\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">filing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The apartments will be located off US 287 near the Chisholm Ridge subdivision, near Blue Mound Road. The estimated cost is $41 million for construction, with the estimated construction end date on Aug. 1, 2027.<\/p>\n<p>According to documents on the Tarrant Appraisal District <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tad.org\/property?account=43291425\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">website<\/a>, the owner of the land is DD East Harmon LLC., with an address in Stockbridge, Georgia. The TAD website lists it as 14.09 acres of vacant land with a market value of $0.<\/p>\n<p>The address listed is associated with Davis Development.
