\nThe comeback marked Cincinnati\u2019s largest since Jan. 29, 2022, when the Bearcats overcame a 21-point deficit against Tulsa. It was also just the second time in Big 12 history a team overcame a 16-point or greater deficit after the first quarter since quarters were introduced in 2015-16.
\nCincinnati dominated the glass against Arizona State, finishing +17 in rebounding (48-31). The Bearcats have outrebounded their opponents in 16 games this season and rank third in the Big 12 and 55th nationally in offensive rebounds per game (14.1), along with fourth in the league in total rebounds per game (40.1).
\nFreshman Kylie Torrence<\/a> posted 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting with a team-high nine rebounds vs. ASU. She is averaging 14.3 points per game while shooting 64% from the field over her last three contests.
\nFreshman Caliyah DeVillasee<\/a> tallied 15 points, six rebounds and three assists vs. the Sun Devils. She has scored in double figures in 15 of her 17 games played this season and ranks 10th in the Big 12 in scoring (15.4), assists (4.5) and field goal percentage (.423).
\nSenior Mya Perry<\/a> returned to double figures against Arizona State with 12 points. This season, she has scored in double figures in 20 games and owns seven 20-point performances.
\nTorrence ranks seventh in the Big 12 in rebounds (7.7 rpg) and ninth in blocks (1.2 bpg). She is one of just five freshmen nationally with at least 170 points, 150 rebounds and 20 blocks this season.
\nIn conference play, Torrence is averaging 9.4 points and 8.8 rebounds per game. Three of her four double-digit rebounding efforts have come in Big 12 action, including a career-high 16 rebounds against Kansas State.
\nNationally, DeVillasee ranks sixth among freshmen in scoring (15.4) and assists (4.5) and fourth in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.8). She is one of just three freshmen averaging at least 15 points, four assists and three rebounds per game, joining Oklahoma\u2019s Aaliyah Chavez and USC\u2019s Jazzy Davidson.
\nDeVillasee\u2019s 77 assists this season are the most by a Bearcat since Akira Levy<\/a> recorded 151 in 2021-22.
\nPerry is averaging 17.1 points, 1.9 assists and 1.8 steals per game while shooting 39% from the field and 37% from beyond the arc. She ranks fifth in the Big 12 in scoring, third in both made 3-pointers (54) and 3-pointers per game (2.6), and seventh in 3-point percentage.
\nIn Big 12 play, Perry is shooting 42% from three-point range and ranks second in the league with 2.7 made threes per game. She has knocked down at least three triples in six conference games.
\nCincinnati has held the free throw advantage in 13 games this season and ranks fourth in the Big 12 in free throws made per game (14.6). Reagan Jackson<\/a> ranks fifth in the league in free throw percentage (.842).
\nPerry\u2019s double-figure scoring streak came to an end at 19 games. The streak was the longest season-opening run by a Bearcat since Debbie Merrill in 2002-03 and the longest of her career.
\nThe Bearcats are 8-1 this season when holding opponents to 69 points or fewer.<\/p>\n
