Credit: CBP<\/p>\n<p>On Jan. 24, CBP officers said that during an inspection, a drug sniffing dog discovered 22 bundles of cocaine (25.78 kilos) hidden inside a white 2017 Honda Civic, driven by a Mexican citizen, that was trying to enter El Paso.<\/p>\n<p>On Jan. 22, there were two busts:<\/p>\n<p>In one case, a drug sniffing dog alerted CBP officers to the presence of 13 bundles of cocaine (15.92 kilos) hidden in the trunk of a blue 2012 Chevrolet Sonic, driven by an American citizen, that was trying to enter El Paso.In the second case, CBP officers with the Anti-Terrorism Contraband Enforcement Team and Mobile Enforcement Team found $40, 320 inside the jacket of the American driver of a 2012 Dodge Ram crossing from El Paso to Juarez.<\/p>\n<p>Then, on Jan. 21, CBP officers with MET found $38,371 in improperly declared currency in a white 2022 Nissan Pathfinder being driven into Juarez by an American man. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Money seized at the Ysleta Port of Entry.
