A federal judge has ordered the release of an alleged illegal immigrant and his son from a Texas detention facility after ruling that federal law enforcement officers made an unlawful arrest of the two.<\/p>\n
The father and his five-year-old son were detained earlier this month and taken to a detention center in Dilly, Texas, southwest of San Antonio.<\/p>\n
