Clark Connors

Darby Allin opened the night skateboarding down the ramp, only to be blindsided by Clark Connors. He threw Allin in the ring, and the bell rang, but Allin was already in bad shape. Connors hit a quick powerslam for a two-count, as he had Allin on the ropes from the jump! After Connors punished Allin in the corner, Allin came back with a flurry of offense and a code red to get a near-fall. Allin went to the top for a Coffin Drop, but Connors had it scouted and tripped him off the top rope, sending Allin crashing to the floor! Connors followed up and sent Allin flying into the guardrail! Allin cried out in pain, as Connors had been relentless from the get-go. Connors threw Allin back in the ring and ran through him with a nasty shoulder tackle! Connors brought Allin onto the apron and from the floor, hitting another running shoulder block to Allin’s head and neck! That was violently innovative!

Connors toyed with Allin on the outside, as Allin weakly tried to throw strikes back at Connors. Connors answered by dropping Allin back-first across the guard rail! As if that wasn’t enough, Conners did the same thing to Allin on the apron! While Allin refused to stay down, he’d been unable to mount any kind of offense. Connors ran his shoulder into Allin’s gut in the corner, nearly pushing Allin into the ring post! With Allin down, Connors came off the top backwards to drop an elbow on Allin! Yet another innovative piece of offense from the ruthless Connors!

Finally, Allin found some separation when he was flipped head over heels onto the apron and struck Connors in the head with a forearm. As Allin gasped for air, Connors came charging back and speared him through the ropes to the floor! After gathering himself, Connors sent Allin hard into the steel steps. Connors moved the steps away from the ring post and rolled in to break the count. He came back outside and tried to hit the same belly-to-belly suplex that PAC used to injure Allin’s back, but Allin got out of it. Connors tried to whip Darby into the backside of the stairs, but Allin flipped over them and then ran back up the other side to fly into Connors’ face with a dropkick! Allin wouldn’t let Connors do all the innovative moves!

Allin connected with a torpedo dive to the outside and finally started turning things around. He put Connors on the top rope for a suplex, but Connors fought back and ripped at the tape protecting Allin’s injured back. Connors slipped through for a sunset flip from the top that gave Allin so much momentum, he landed back on his feet. Connors took advantage of that with another massive spear. Allin kicked out!

A bewildered Tony Schiavone on commentary described the scene perfectly, “Darby is still in this darn thing! I don’t know how!”

Connors locked on a straight jacket choke and then slammed Allin into the back of his knee. Connors tried to lock it on again, so Allin backed him into the corner to escape and put Connors down with a desperation Scorpion Death Drop! Allin went back to the top for another Coffin Drop attempt, only to land back-first on Connors’ knees! Connors missed a charge in the corner, and Allin was able to twist him into a Scorpion Death Lock for the tapout! Somehow, Allin comes away with the win!

After the match, Allin got the mic to remind everyone he won the war against the Death Riders because he beat every single one of them. He stood on top of the world on Mount Everest in 2025, and in 2026, he’s going to stand on top of AEW. He said he knew he could beat the man currently holding that spot, but before he could say more, Gabe Kidd attacked him from behind!

Kidd sent Allin to the outside and ran him into the steel steps. Connors recovered and joined Kidd on the outside. They turned the steps on the side and flapjacked Allin chest-first onto the steel! They flipped the stairs over on Allin’s midsection to trap him, as Kidd got the microphone. While standing on the steps to apply more pressure, Kidd told Allin he might be done with the Death Riders, but Kidd isn’t here on Death Riders business. He’s on Gabe Kidd time! Since Worlds End, Kidd hasn’t been able to sleep, think, or move forward with this, so how will Allin get to the top of AEW when he’s “pushing up daisies”? Kidd said he’ll follow Allin around the world until it is written that he was the one who ended Allin. Both Kidd and Connors spat on Allin before leaving through the crowd to a wall of boos. Medical personnel moved the stairs off Allin and tended to him on the floor.

The Babes of Wrath Stand United with Kris Statlander

We took a look back at Dynamite, where Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron agreed to put up the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Titles against Julia Hart and Skye Blue on Collision, as long as they didn’t interfere in the AEW Women’s World Championship match between Kris Statlander and Thekla. All four women stayed out of the match, which Statlander won, so tonight, Sisters of Sin get their shot at The Babes of Wrath!

JetSpeed Call Out the Don Callis Family

Two-thirds of the AEW World Trios Champions, “Speedball” Mike Bailey and “The Jet” Kevin Knight, were backstage with a message for the Don Callis Family. Bailey said he heard they’re looking for gold, and Knight said they aren’t hard to find. Knight said he also knows Callis wants the AEW World Title, but so does their partner, “Hangman” Adam Page. And now, Page doesn’t ride alone, and if the Callis Family is looking for a fight, they’ll be right by Page’s side. They are Jetset Rodeo!

Tag Team Match: The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz) def. Cru (Action Andretti and Lio Rush)

It was time for the AEW in-ring debut of Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz, representing The Rascalz, who Myron Reed accompanied! The Arlington crowd broke out in a “Rascalz” chant before the bell even rang!

Xavier and Rush started what should be a fast-paced matchup. However, the two exchanged holds on the mat until Rush threw Xavier away from him. The pace quickened as Xavier took Rush down with a headscissors takeover, followed by a dropkick for a one-count, although it clearly messed with Rush, as he went to the wrong corner for a tag. Wentz made a blind tag to Xavier and ran across the ring while Xavier kept Rush down in the corner. Wentz charged and nailed a bronco buster to get a two-count.

Andretti made a blind tag, so when Wentz missed a clothesline on Rush, he never saw Andretti coming with a shot that put Wentz on his head! Cru hit a double-team dropkick for a one-count. Andretti spun off the top with an armdrag followed by a dropkick that sent Wentz reeling. Rush tagged back in, but Wentz fought out of their corner to make a tag to Desmond. He flipped over the top rope, attempting to land on Cru, but they moved, so he landed on his feet. Cru never saw Wentz follow up with a tornillo that took out both Andretti and Rush!

Cru turned things around when Andretti illegally entered to take down Xavier. Xavier fought back with a neckbreaker that allowed him to tag Wentz as Rush tagged Andretti. Wentz overpowered Andretti with a German suplex followed by a rising knee in the corner to set up a PK to the chest before hitting a running shooting star press for a nearfall! Wentz tagged Xavier, but Rush cut off Xavier, and Andretti escaped from Wentz with a knee to the face! The Rascalz used a bunch of misdirection, but wound up on either side of the ring. Cru nailed dives to both sides at the same time to take down their opponents.

Rush hit a springboard stunner on Xavier while Andretti followed with a cutter to get another near-fall! Wentz saved Xavier from a double suplex and nailed a superkick, but Cru quickly turned things around to put Xavier back down. Wentz superkicked Andretti and hit a rising knee to Rush. Cru tried to fight out of the corner, so the Rascalz sent them to different corners and followed with assisted dropkicks on Rush and then Andretti! Xavier hit Andretti with a crescent kick, and Wentz followed with a jumping knee to the jaw. Wentz jumped up for a standing moonsault, and Xavier pushed him onto Andretti in midair, which they call Hot Fire Flame! That was enough for a three-count, and the Rascalz are winners in their AEW debut!

Alex Windsor & Jamie Hayter Are on the Same Page

Hayter and Windsor continued their partnership discussions from last week, as Hayter realized they weren’t so different after all, since they don’t like the same people. Hayter said they needed to change, and Windsor said it was time to have a bit of fun.

AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley Needs to Face Konosuke Takeshita

Moxley said there are few people in life he can relate to, but Konosuke Takeshita is one of them. Like Moxley, Takeshita doesn’t want things to be easy. He travels around the world in search of the best competition and that feeling. He and Takeshita understand each other. Moxley seemed to believe that Takeshita had no idea Mark Davis and Jake Doyle would attack Moxley on Dynamite. Still, because Moxley cracked Davis across the face with the AEW Continental Championship later in the night, he guessed they were even. He knows what motivates Don Callis, and he knows what motivates Takeshita, but what motivates Moxley is that Takeshita beat him in the Continental Classic, and Moxley wants that one back real bad. If Takeshita wants to be the best and the Continental Champion, he has to do it alone. He knows what it takes. Moxley thinks they understand each other.

Mixed Tag Team Match: “Timeless” Toni Storm & Orange Cassidy def. Lady Bird Monroe & Gino Medina

Storm decided to spend her Saturday night tagging with “Citrus Boy,” so we were treated to this mixed tag match! Cassidy quickly went to the pockets and dropkicked Medina from the ring. Lady Bird Monroe came in to confront Cassidy and pushed him, so he unloaded on her with his trademark kicks. When he went to finish her off, Cassidy instead walked away so Storm could take Monroe off her feet with a big dropkick! Cassidy dove to the outside and took out Medina while Storm hit a running hip attack on Monroe in the corner. Medina got back in the ring, only to fall victim to Storm’s tornado DDT from the top rope! Cassidy hit a spinning DDT on Medina to send him into the corner, where Storm followed with another hip attack. She threw Medina into Cassidy for an Orange Punch that got the three-count!

Cassidy and Storm didn’t have much time to celebrate before Yuta attacked Cassidy from behind! Storm slapped Yuta in the face only to get her own blindside attack from Marina Shafir! Shafir sent Storm to the outside and threw her into the guardrail. Back in the ring, Cassidy wailed away on Yuta until Shafir came to his aid with a kick to Cassidy. Yuta and Shafir rained down blows on Cassidy until Shafir picked him up and held him while Yuta grabbed a mic. He decided to conduct a special interview with Cassidy. Yuta tried to ask Cassidy a question, but Cassidy said he couldn’t hear him over “that garbage hair.” That set Yuta off, as he hit Cassidy with the microphone and a storm of punches. Yuta yelled at Cassidy about the hair and then went to the floor to grab scissors from the medical staff. Before Yuta could cut Cassidy’s hair, Storm suplexed Shafir out of the ring and then took the scissors from Yuta to use them as a weapon! Yuta ran from the ring as Storm taunted him and Shafir with the scissors.

Storm said in two weeks at Grand Slam Australia, it’ll be a mixed tag HAIR MATCH! Whoever takes the fall will have their hair cut!

“From my mouth to god’s ear, one of you bastards is gonna be bald!”

Yuta was beside himself and in total shock while Storm and Cassidy danced in the ring.

Eddie Kingston & Ortiz Want a Parking Lot Brawl Next Week!

Lexy Nair was with Kingston, Ortiz and the Grizzled Young Veterans, who all agreed to no physicality, although she sensed the tension. Kingston said they just need to move on because they fought each other and beat each other up, so there’s no point to this. Zack Gibson said Kingston doesn’t understand and never will because he hasn’t and couldn’t walk a mile in their shoes. Kingston took exception to that and said they don’t know him or Ortiz. Kingston proposed a Parking Lot Fight next Saturday on Collision, but as GYV tried to answer, Big Bill came from out of nowhere to put his boot across Ortiz’s face, as Bryan Keith attacked Kingston and threw him against the garage. Gibson said it’s not hard to find people who dislike Kingston, as James Drake paid Big Bill for their efforts. Gibson said they’ll see them in the parking lot and put this to bed next Saturday.

TNT Championship Match: “Psycho Killer” Tommaso Ciampa def. Mark Briscoe (c) – NEW TNT CHAMPION

Before the entrances, we took a look back at Ciampa’s shocking debut on Dynamite to accept Briscoe’s TNT Title challenge. The fans erupted in a “Holy s***!” chant as the referee held up the TNT Championship!

Briscoe and Ciampa shook hands at the bell and went through a feeling-out process as old foes. Neither man gave much ground until a strike battle turned into Briscoe kicking Ciampa to the outside. He followed with a flip dive that was on target and continued to wail away on Ciampa before sending him back into the ring. Ciampa rolled in the ring and out a different side, so Briscoe followed, and they traded chops. Ciampa went back in the ring and ate a couple more chops in the corner until Briscoe brought out the Redneck Kung Fu kick, but it only got a one-count.

Briscoe nailed a suplex for a two-count and continued the damage in the corner until Ciampa seemed to flip a switch and turn things around on Briscoe. He sent Briscoe to the corner, so Briscoe adjusted and went to the apron. He was waiting for a charging Ciampa with a shot to the jaw and tried for a suplex, but Ciampa landed on the apron. The two traded strikes until Ciampa reversed Briscoe with a Psycho Driver on the apron!

That put Ciampa in the driver’s seat, allowing him to unleash his personal brand of viciousness that Briscoe knew all too well. Around the 10-minute mark, Briscoe was able to cut off Ciampa with strikes and then went corner-to-corner with clotheslines before booting Ciampa through the ropes to the outside. Briscoe hit a running dropkick through the ropes and quickly threw Ciampa into the ringpost before running down the apron with a cannonball! The TNT Champion is feeling it!

Briscoe threw Ciampa back in and took a second to catch his breath. Big mistake. When Briscoe got on the apron, Ciampa was right there to dump him on his head with a Willow’s Bell draping DDT! Briscoe kicked out! Ciampa tried an avalanche air raid crash, but Briscoe escaped and knocked Ciampa to the mat so he could nail a Froggy Bow! This time Ciampa kicked out!

Ciampa fought out of a Jay Driller, so Briscoe pushed him into the corner and put him on the top turnbuckle. When Briscoe went up to meet him, Ciampa once again lifted him for an avalanche air raid crash and this time it connected in a big way! Briscoe kicked out in the nick of time! Ciampa was clearly frustrated by that result.

Briscoe tried for a Jay Driller, so Ciampa reversed out of it and then attempted a backslide, but got nothing out of it as we hit the five-minute warning! The two fought on the outside until Briscoe took control by sending Ciampa into the ring post. He pulled a table from the timekeeper’s area and lifted Ciampa, but Ciampa got out of it and put Briscoe on the table to hit a drive-by knee! Ciampa was overzealous and stood on the table to take in a crowd that was in a frenzy! He didn’t see Briscoe get back into the ring and get to the top rope!

Ciampa turned around to see Briscoe about to fly and hopped off the table. That didn’t stop Briscoe from crashing down on Ciampa with a clothesline that put Ciampa through the table! Both men beat the count and slapped hands in a wild sign of respect before they exchanged strikes. Ciampa cut Briscoe off with a knee, but Briscoe came back with a flying knee of his own as the clock continued to tick closer to the 20-minute time limit!

Briscoe nailed a headbutt, but Ciampa kicked his leg out and dropped his kneepad for a running knee. Briscoe was ready for it and snatched Ciampa up into a Death Valley Driver! He quickly scaled the ropes and connected with another Froggy Bow! Briscoe tried for a Jay Driller, so Ciampa escaped and hit a release German suplex! Briscoe fired up to his feet, but sagged back down, which allowed Ciampa to connect with the exposed running knee across Briscoe’s head! That was a nasty impact! Ciampa covered and got the three count!

TOMMASSO CIAMPA IS THE NEW TNT CHAMPION! He joins Mercedes Moné as the only wrestlers to win a championship in their AEW debut!

Briscoe raised Ciampa’s hand in respect, as the new champion continued his celebration. Former TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher appeared on the ramp and applauded the effort of Ciampa, although Ciampa seemed to embrace the attention from Fletcher.

The Don Callis Family is Still Focused on Gold

With absolute chaos happening at the hands of Lance Archer and Rocky Romero in the background, Josh Alexander said Jon Moxley needs to mind his own business because Konosuke Takeshita owes his career to Don Callis, just like Kyle Fletcher, who is refocused on the TNT Championship. Andrade is going to beat Kenny Omega on Wednesday night to get one step closer to the AEW World Championship! And Mark Davis will take care of “Hangman” Adam Page!

AEW International Championship Match: “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada (c) def. Adam Priest

Priest was accompanied by his tag team partner, “Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington. Okada entered with his AEW International Championship in a protective case, which Rocky Romero convinced him to keep covered up, as this crowd didn’t deserve to see such a beautiful title.

Okada got the jump on Priest at the bell, but Priest escaped a bodyslam to run Okada’s leg into the mat. Priest took Okada around the ring with some chops until Okada was able to turn things around with a dropkick that sent Priest to the floor. Romero came off commentary to get a cheap shot on Priest, as Okada distracted the referee with an exaggerated knee issue.

Okada methodically picked Priest apart until Okada missed a charge in the corner. Priest put Okada down with a neckbreaker and then a German suplex out of the corner. Priest went to the top, so Okada rolled away. Then Romero tried to distract Priest, who took him out instead. That gave Okada a chance to attack Priest on the floor. He whipped Priest into the guard rail, but when he tried to charge after him, Priest took him out at the knee. Priest threw Okada back in and went to the top, where he connected with an Alabama Jam for a two-count! Okada turned things around and went for a dropkick, but Priest had it scouted and brought Okada to the mat to lock on a figure four! Okada escaped to the ropes. Priest walked into a boot and then an Okada dropkick! Okada went for the Rainmaker, but Priest got out of it and nearly stole the match! Okada caught Priest in midair for a spinning slam. Okada picked him back up and nailed the Rainmaker for the successful title defense!

The Rascalz Enjoy their Debut Victory

Lexy Nair was with Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz and Myron Reed to get their feelings on tonight’s victory. They were in the parking lot celebrating their win and offered Nair some of their medicine, but she politely declined. Reed said they like parking lots, so maybe they should help “Uncle Eddie” out. That’s when Eddie Kingston walked up with Ortiz and called out the Grizzled Young Veterans. He alluded to them not being done with the Rascalz because of their history. He called out Big Bill and Bryan Keith and said that if they wanted to play in the parking lot, they would jump them.

“Saturday. Collision. 8-Man. Tag team war in the parking lot! You’d better pray to your gods that you believe in because I’m taking your souls.”

“Now let’s go to the parking lot. I need medicine, I’m pissed!”

The Road to the AEW World Championship

We reviewed the four of the top contenders for the AEW World Championship: “Hangman” Adam Page, Kenny Omega, Swerve Strickland and Andrade El Ídolo. The top two contenders will meet at AEW Grand Slam Australia on February 14, and the winner of that match will face the AEW World Champion at AEW Revolution on March 15 in Los Angeles. On Dynamite this week, Omega will face Andrade! Plus, Brody King takes on AEW World Champion MJF in an AEW World Championship Eliminator!

NEW TNT Champion Tommaso Ciampa Celebrates with His Family

Lexy Nair caught up with Ciampa as he celebrated with his wife and daughter. He kissed them goodbye and said none of this happens without his family by his side. They were a big part of the decision, and ever since he stepped foot in AEW, the fans have welcomed him as part of their family. He has nothing but respect for Mark Briscoe. Man Up. He was told for a long time that AEW is where the best wrestle, but the Psycho Killer has been here for less than a week, and he is your TNT Champion! He put his ear up to the TNT Title and said, “I love you, too.”

Ciampa said his daughter has a new baby sister, so they have to celebrate. He promised AEW fans they would do some special things together.

AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Match: The Babes of Wrath (Harley Cameron and TBS Champion Willow Nightingale) (c) def. Sisters of Sin (Skye Blue and Julia Hart)

Our main event was the third and final title match of the evening. At the bell, Sisters of Sin took both Babes of Wrath to the outside and used anything at their disposal to gain a quick advantage. They double-team Cameron in the ring for a suplex, but Nightingale came back in to catch Cameron. Cameron put Blue down with a slingblade and tagged Nightingale. She hit the double backpack senton for a two-count and moved Blue to the corner, but Hart came in to create a distraction, allowing Blue to fight her way out and put Willow down with a DDT. Hart and Blue double-teamed Nightingale in the corner until Nightingale was able to escape and tag Cameron. She came flying off the top with a crossbody to take out both Sisters of Sin! They got back to their feet, so she fought them both off again and ran through Blue and Hart with a shoulder tackle! The champs were rolling!

Cameron found herself in trouble on the outside in a double team that turned things around for the challengers. With Cameron in the wrong corner for an extended period, things were looking grim for the champions. Cameron finally nailed a side suplex so that she could make the tag to Willow! Nightingale unloaded on Hart and Blue with strikes. She pounced Blue across the ring and then powerbombed Hart for a nearfall!

Hart got out of Nightingale’s grasp and pushed her into the turnbuckle. She grabbed Nightingale’s arm and walked the ropes to go for a hurricanrana, but Nightingale turned it into a powerbomb that got a two count. Blue kicked Hart free of Nightingale’s grasp. Cameron came back in with a lungblower on Blue. Hart had a legtrip on Cameron, but walked into a powerbomb attempt by Nightingale. However, Hart reversed it into a facebuster!

Blue came back to make the tag, and the Sisters hit a front suplex followed by stereo kicks, but Cameron came in to break up the pin attempt. Nightingale tagged Cameron, but Blue nailed Cameron and Nightingale with superkicks. Cameron escaped a double team uranage and dropped Blue with a DDT for a two-count. On the outside, Nightingale threw Hart into the steel steps.

Cameron went for Her Finishing Maneuver, but Blue reversed it into a near-fall! Nightingale made a blind tag, and Cameron hit a crucifix bomb on Blue. Nightingale and Cameron hit a double-team Sole Food to get the win!

Thekla hit the ring to attack the champs, but they weren’t outnumbered for long because AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander was out for the save! He went right to Thekla and choked her, but from behind, Penelope Ford and Megan Bayne attacked Statlander!

Bayne splashed Statlander in the corner and hit a flying clothesline on her, as Thekla speared Nightingale! Triangle of Madness, Bayne and Ford posed over the fallen champions to end Collision!

Recap by: allelitewrestling.com Darby Allin def.
