After a prolonged stretch of cold and winter weather, Texas is finally heading into a quieter and warmer pattern. A warming trend continues today and Monday, followed by a weak cold front Tuesday that may bring scattered showers and a few rumbles of thunder. No severe weather is expected.<\/p>\n
By midweek, dry conditions return and temperatures steadily climb, with much of Texas warming into the 60s and 70s by the weekend, and even 80s in South Texas.<\/p>\n
