Fort Worth police say a stray bullet killed a woman inside her home.<\/p>\n
According to Fort Worth police, paramedics were initially called to the home in the 3400 block of Tahiti Lane just before 9 p.m. Friday about a woman falling inside the house.<\/p>\n
The woman was taken to the hospital, where medical personnel notified police the injury was the result of a gunshot wound.<\/p>\n
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner\u2019s office identified the woman as 66-year-old Magdalene Mancho.<\/p>\n
FWPD says a preliminary investigation indicates a bullet entered the home from the exterior and struck the woman while she was inside.<\/p>\n
Police said about an hour prior to the medical call there was a \u201cshots fired\u201d call in the area that they are investigating.<\/p>\n
Homicide detectives are now reviewing surveillance video from the area and canvassing witnesses to identify any suspects or vehicles that may be linked to the incident.<\/p>\n
No suspect is in custody.<\/p>\n
Police are asking the public for help.<\/p>\n
