Fabens St., Fabens, TX 79838<\/p>\n<p> Community Meeting \u2013 Topic: Westway Park<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, October 25, 2025 | 10:00 a.m.Gallegos Park Community Center7361 Bosque Rd., Canutillo, TX 79835<\/p>\n<p>The design process of these projects will include robust community engagement to ensure residents\u2019 voices shape the park\u2019s future, county officials said. <\/p>\n<p>Construction is expected to follow once the design phase is completed, and the contractors are selected.<\/p>\n<p>2024 El Paso County Capital Improvement Bond<\/p>\n<p>In the November 2024 General Election, El Paso County voters approved three propositions from the Capital Improvement Bond Program: Proposition A for parks and recreation improvements, Proposition B for a new Medical Examiner facility, and Proposition E for the County\u2019s first dedicated animal shelter.
