Investigators say Daquan Ruffin and two others approached the victims, which led to a confrontation that erupted in gunfire between the two groups.<\/p>\n<p>KSAT-12 reports prosecutors dismissed a murder charge against Ruffin, and proceeded with an aggravated robbery conviction.
