The 21-acre mixed-use development by <a href=\"https:\/\/arsdevelopers.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ARS Developers<\/a> is slated to open off Hero Way south of the CR 270 intersection by 2028.<\/p>\n<p>The details <\/p>\n<p>The development is planned to include:<\/p>\n<p>A four-story major flag hotel with 123 rooms and a one-story lodgeA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bigairusa.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Big Air<\/a> trampoline and adventure park totaling more than 32,000 square feet next to a nearly 13,000-square-foot sports bar<br \/>\nAn 11-500-square-foot event center connected to an outdoor lawnMore than 45,000 square feet of retail spaceA 31,200-square-foot warehouseA dog park<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" height=\"2000\" src=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/uploads\/images\/2026\/02\/03\/407761.png\" class=\"include_body\" onerror=\"this.src=\" width=\"3197\"\/>(Courtesy ARS Developers)The background<\/p>\n<p>The development is anticipated to drive greater economic activity in Leander, ARS Developers representative Prasad Kolishetti told Community Impact.<\/p>\n<p>The new businesses will be located off a portion of Hero Way that is set to be expanded into a controlled-access highway.<\/p>\n<p>On Jan. 29, Williamson County officials <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/leander-liberty-hill\/transportation\/2026\/01\/30\/williamson-county-breaks-ground-on-132m-hero-way-rm-2243-expansion-from-leander-to-georgetown\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">broke ground on the first phase<\/a> of the reconstruction and widening of Hero Way and RM 2243. The initial $132 million frontage road from 183A Toll to Garey Park is scheduled to be completed by early 2028, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilcotx.gov\/820\/RM-2243-Hero-Way\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">county information<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned<\/p>\n<p>ARS Developers is aiming to start construction in January for an estimated completion date of late 2027 or early 2028 for the hotel, Big Air and event center, Kolishetti said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A new hotel, a trampoline and adventure park, and an event center are coming to Leander.
