El Paso, TX (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 The El Paso Humane Society is hosting a special event, “Find Your Forever Valentine,” on Valentine’s Day, which falls on a Saturday this year. <\/p>\n
The event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and aims to match families with adoptable dogs. <\/p>\n
AJ from the Humane Society explained, “Participating families will all be lined up and ready to meet. Participating dogs will bring the dogs out into the field. <\/p>\n
And then instead of the people picking the dogs, we’ll have the dogs come in and take their.” <\/p>\n
Families, including children and dogs, are welcome, but attendees must RSVP due to limited space. <\/p>\n
The event offers a unique twist where dogs choose their potential adopters. <\/p>\n
Mama Woo Woo, a two-year-old pit bull mix and the longest resident at the shelter, is among the dogs hoping to find a home. “She’s perfect with everyone and everything,” AJ said.
