Bennett as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Business Solutions, a strategic leadership role designed to support the firm\u2019s continued growth and its commitment to delivering fully integrated legal and business advisory services. In this executive role, Bennett will oversee Silvas Law internal operations while leading the firm\u2019s Business Solutions division. He will serve in a senior operational capability to ensure the firm operates efficiently, scales responsibly, and delivers a cohesive client experience across all legal, financial, and business advisory services. \u201cJon\u2019s depth of operational leadership and strategic perspective significantly strengthens our ability to serve families and business owners holistically into a fully integrated professional services law firm,\u201d said Tammy Silvas, CEO and Principal Attorney of Silvas Law. Bennett brings more than 15 years of experience supporting CEOs, boards, and executive teams across aerospace, defense, energy, and advanced manufacturing industries. He is widely recognized for converting executive vision into execution, building scalable systems, and leading organizations in complex regulated environments. As Head of Business Solutions at Silvas Law, Bennett will expand the firm\u2019s legal business services (business formation and structuring, continuity planning, buy-sell agreements, asset protection strategies, and succession) to now include comprehensive business consulting, executive coaching, and strategic advisory services. \u201cSilvas Law is uniquely positioned to serve clients who need more than legal documents\u2014they need coordinated strategy,\u201d said Bennett. \u201cI\u2019m excited to help strengthen the firm\u2019s operational foundation while expanding Business Solutions in a way that aligns legal, financial, and business planning under one unified approach.\u201d<\/p>\n
