The closure is expected to last about 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Investigators will then move to the eastbound main lanes in the 1700 block of the freeway and will divert traffic to Ave. Q and the access road. This second closure should take about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police are asking motorists to avoid both areas if possible. Drivers who find themselves in either location are asked to stay alert and pay attention to officers\u2019 directions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2026 KCBD.
