The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo is offering free grounds admission on Saturday, the last day of the 23-day ag showcase.<\/p>\n
Everybody, show up at once. \u00a0<\/p>\n
This gesture, Stock Show officials say, is a \u201cthank you\u201d to the citizens of Fort Worth and North Texas.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe’re celebrating the warm temperatures and sunny skies by letting everyone on the grounds for free on Saturday,\u201d said Stock Show President and General Manager Matt Carter in a statement. \u201cSo come out to enjoy the final day of what\u2019s been nothing short of an amazing 2026 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo.\u201d<\/p>\n
The weather will indeed cooperate. A high of 70 is forecast. Compare that to the counterintuitive hell on earth we endured two short weeks ago.<\/p>\n
Free grounds admission does not include access to Saturday\u2019s rodeo at Dickies Arena, but visitors can enjoy the carnival midway, shopping, the Mattress Firm Petting Zoo, the Children\u2019s Barnyard, rabbit and horse shows, as well as the Michelob Ultra Roadhouse and The Corkyard on Simmons Bank Plaza.<\/p>\n
