The spa has three different tiers of <a href=\"https:\/\/secretmedspa.com\/memberships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">memberships<\/a>: gold, platinum and secret, according to its website.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s A Secret Med Spa has 12 locations in Texas, six of which are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This location opened into a spot that formerly housed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bhrcenter.com\/location\/ft-worth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center<\/a>. That business is now located at 4601 W.
