About the Role<\/p>\n
We\u2019re seeking a highly driven, execution-focused Market Manager to lead retail sales growth, expand points of distribution, and support on-premise\/sampling activations across Dallas-Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build relationships at retail, and can bring a brand to life through features, displays, and sampling events.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
Retail Execution\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Open new doors and expand points of distribution across c-store, grocery, and independent retail\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Drive display execution and ensure brand standards are met across all accounts\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage retail relationships and troubleshoot issues in real time\u00a0<\/p>\n
On-Premise Support\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Partner with local accounts to execute features and drive velocity\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support sampling events and activations in bars, restaurants, and venues\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations\u00a0<\/p>\n
Field Marketing & Activations\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaborate with the Regional Director to execute crew drives, brand showcases, and thematic displays\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support cultural events, seasonal promotions, and brand-forward activations\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Capture content and insights from the field to inform broader strategy\u00a0<\/p>\n
Reporting & Communication\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Track weekly KPIs including doors opened, displays executed, and sampling events completed \u2022 Communicate wins, challenges, and market insights to cross-functional teams\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain strong alignment with distributor partners and internal stakeholders\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u2022 2+ years in beverage, CPG, or retail sales preferred\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong understanding of Dallas-Fort Worth market dynamics\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule\u00a0<\/p>\n
