Piedras, El Paso, TX, 79930.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Sending Valentine\u2019s cards is a simple, meaningful way to let veterans know that they are remembered, and to honor their service and sacrifice, the local VA said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
