David Rose said two women, one in her 30s and another in her 50s, were fighting in the southbound lanes of Cullen Blvd. when a driver of a vehicle hit both women. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Sgt.
