As the culinary director for Frontera Restaurant Group, Chef Andres Padilla has created “distinct Mexican menus, both rustic and refined”.<\/p>\n Chef Andres has earned a zillion awards and accolades including, while at Chicago’s\u00a0Topolobampo<\/a>, the James Beard Foundation<\/a> “Outstanding Restaurant” award. He also maintained the restaurants Michelin Key<\/a> status.<\/p>\n Chef Andres currently oversees not only Sabor<\/a> but ALL culinary operations at the Paso Del Norte Hotel including 1700 Steakhouse<\/a> and room service menus.<\/p>\n
