Novaria Group, a Fort Worth\u2013based provider of niche engineered components and specialty processes serving the aerospace and defense industries, announced Monday that it has acquired Plasma Ruggedized Solutions, a provider of high-reliability conformal coatings for sensitive electronics used in defense, medical, and advanced industrial applications.<\/p>\n
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n
Plasma Ruggedized Solutions, known as PRS, specializes in parylene coating, potting, and encapsulation technologies designed to protect electronics operating in harsh and demanding environments where performance and reliability are critical.<\/p>\n
Novaria said the acquisition expands its capabilities in advanced surface protection technologies for mission-critical electronics.<\/p>\n
