Maranello, a Plano-based luxury auto garage company, is set to break ground on its highly anticipated facility in Q4 2025 and is sharing new renderings of what customers can expect. Construction is expected to take just over a year, with completion projected in roughly 13 months.<\/p>\n

The 200,000-square-foot complex<\/a> will sit on more than 11 acres at the northeast corner of Ohio Drive and Maple Shade Lane, just off the George W. Bush Turnpike. Designed with both functionality and flair, the project will include a 13,000-square-foot, two-story lounge and a 60,000-square-foot open-air concourse at its center. The facility will be capable of hosting both public and private events, making it more than just a garage. This will be a lifestyle destination for North Texas car enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

Early Demand Shows Enthusiasm<\/p>\n

Even before marketing officially began, Maranello pre-sold 25% of its planned units, highlighting the strong demand for luxury auto storage. Among those presold include cars such as Ferraris, Koenigseggs, Aston Martins, Porsches and McLarens.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very pleased with the reception we have received from the car collector community,\u201d said Michael Holigan, Maranello CEO.<\/p>\n

\u200bHoligan emphasized the community aspect of the development, noting that with garages facing into the building, collectors can gather and interact year-round.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is nothing like this in Texas,\u201d Holigan previously said<\/a>. \u201cWith all the garages facing into the building, members can visit with other collectors year-round as weather is never a factor. We\u2019re creating a lifestyle destination where serious car collectors can bond and build a true community.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Garage Condos With High-End Features<\/p>\n

The facility will feature 79 climate-controlled garage condos, each ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet. Every unit comes with a steel mezzanine and stairs, along with full utilities, giving owners the freedom to customize their space.<\/p>\n

Additional high-end touches include app-controlled HVAC systems and sleek glass garage doors that open into the interior of the building. This not only protects vehicles from Texas heat but also creates a visually striking display reminiscent of a luxury car museum.<\/p>\n

Leadership With Automotive Expertise<\/p>\n

To spearhead sales and strengthen relationships with collectors, Maranello recently appointed Brian Benjamin as its director of sales. Benjamin brings over 30 years of automotive experience, including nearly three decades at Boardwalk Auto Group, where he most recently managed sales at Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati.<\/p>\n
