\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA shopping center on Harmon Road in Fort Worth will bring a takeout pizza location, a dentist and a liquor store to the area.<\/p>\n

The development at 9201 Harmon Road is being offered by Matthews<\/a>, a national commercial real estate company with locations in Dallas and Austin. According to a spokesman, the development will be completed by April.<\/p>\n

The development<\/a> features three middle stores and two end-cap positions, including one with a drive-through infrastructure, between 1,500 square feet and 5,400 square feet, according to the online listing. The end-cap positions are for lease.<\/p>\n

The three middle stores already have future tenants listed: a general dentist office, Little Caesars Pizza<\/a> and Skip\u2019s Beer, Wine & Liquor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to its website, Skip\u2019s has locations in New Braunfels, Cibolo and San Antonio.<\/p>\n

A filing<\/a> with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has been submitted for Little Caesars and shows the end date for construction listed as May 9.<\/p>\n

Access to the shopping center is on Harmon Road and Covey Road. This development is northwest of the Presidio Towne Crossing development.<\/p>\n
