The acquisition further expands Novaria\u2019s offerings in advanced surface protection technologies for mission-critical electronics.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to open a new chapter in Plasma Ruggedized Solutions\u2019 history as part of Novaria,\u201d said PRS CEO Jim Stameson. \u201cJoining Novaria allows us to strengthen our operations and better support our customers\u2019 needs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alderman &amp; Company served as the financial advisor to PRS on the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2011 by Perkins, Novaria has assembled a family of suppliers that deliver \u201cexceptional performance\u201d for the aerospace and defense industry, the company said.
