Brandy Palacios Photography<\/a> has provided only a handful of \u201csneak peek\u201d images while failing to deliver complete wedding photo galleries, despite contracts specifying an 8-10 week turnaround time.<\/p>\n\u201cI don\u2019t have a single photo with my father-in-law in them. I don\u2019t have a single photo with my grandparents in them,\u201d said Reagan Wagner of Conroe, who was married in May 2025. \u201cMy husband has less photos of him with his family than I do with mine.\u201d<\/p>\n
For Ashlyn Carrion of League City, the delay has become particularly painful. <\/p>\n
\u201cSince my wedding, my grandfather has passed away and I don\u2019t have any family photos with him. It\u2019s just unfortunate,\u201d said Carrion, who was married in April 2025.<\/p>\n
The situation is especially surprising given Palacios\u2019 reputation in the Houston wedding industry. <\/p>\n
Karina Guardia, a wedding planner who also hired Palacios for her own August 2025 wedding, had previously recommended the photographer to clients.<\/p>\n
\u201cI trusted her completely,\u201d Guardia said. \u201cUnfortunately, this was brought to my attention shortly before my wedding. And it wasn\u2019t to the extent that it is now. I didn\u2019t know it was this many brides\u201d.<\/p>\n
The brides say they have attempted multiple methods of contact, including:<\/p>\n
Direct messages and emails<\/p>\n
Phone calls and text messages<\/p>\n
Legal demand letters<\/p>\n
Group messages with other affected clients<\/p>\n
When reached for comment, Palacios defended her business practices: <\/p>\n
”\u00a0These accusations are completely false, and it\u2019s disheartening to see this narrative being shared. I\u2019ve been in the wedding industry for over a decade and have photographed countless beautiful weddings. My clients have consistently been happy with their delivered galleries and experience. This situation stems from a misunderstanding with one client that has unfortunately been misrepresented. Those who know me and my work know how hard I\u2019ve worked to build my business with care, integrity, and love for what I do.”<\/p>\n

However, the brides dispute this characterization, noting that promised delivery dates have repeatedly passed without the photos being provided. <\/p>\n
\u201cShe actually promised me delivery of them on a couple of times. And then the date came and went,\u201d Wagner said. \u201cShe didn\u2019t follow up to say, I need a few more days or it\u2019s gonna take me a little bit longer. She just never said anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYour wedding is supposed to be the most beautiful day of your life. And now that moment is mixed in with a ton of sour emotions and bitterness,\u201d Guardia said.<\/p>\n
Shortly after KPRC 2 attempted to reach Palacios at her residence, the brides received a message indicating their photos would be delivered this week. <\/p>\n
