Another illegal criminal has been charged with a serious crime. Joel Vasquez Galdamez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, has been arrested and charged for the super aggravated sexual assault of a 4-year-old CHILD here in Houston.<\/p>\n
According to our tv partner KPRC channel 2, Investigators say the alleged assault happened last October.<\/p>\n
The 53-year old Galdamez is a Honduran national who authorities say was previously deported and was in the country illegally. He was arrested and booked into jail last week, according to the Houston Police Department.<\/p>\n
Under Texas law, super aggravated sexual assault of a child is a first-degree felony involving especially severe circumstances, including cases where the victim is younger than 6.<\/p>\n
The charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years in prison and can result in life behind bars, with limited eligibility for parole.<\/p>\n
