Starting April 9, George Strait<\/a> will dust off his Stetsons and return to the road for his annual brief tour.<\/p>\n This time around, he\u2019ll headline seven shows \u2014\u00a0six of which are in his home state Texas \u2014\u00a0with special guests Zach Top<\/a>, Cody Johnson<\/a>, Wyatt Flores<\/a>, Miranda Lambert<\/a>, Dylan Gosset<\/a> and more on select dates.<\/p>\n And, if you\u2019d like to be there, tickets are available for each and every gig.<\/p>\n At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find for any one concert on sites like StubHub and Vivid Seats was $114 including fees<\/a> on Vivid Seats (for the May 2 Clemson Memorial Stadium concert).<\/p>\n Other shows have tickets starting anywhere from $125 to $372 including fees<\/a> on StubHub.<\/p>\n If you\u2019re planning on catching Strait live this year but can\u2019t make these dates be aware that there won\u2019t be any more tour extensions after this; on Jan. 27, he shared on Instagram<\/a> \u201cthese are [the] final shows of 2026\u201d after adding two final nights at Austin\u2019s Moody Center on May 15-16 due to overwhelming demand.<\/p>\n Prior to this outing, the 73-year-old Country Music Hall of Famer last took the stage in July 2025 at SoFi Stadium. That\u2019s not what The King of Country is about. Instead, he sticks to his familiar twang and revisits evergreen subject matter like family, friends, the good ol\u2019 days and cold brews.<\/p>\n Can\u2019t-miss cuts here include the plodding \u201cCowboys and Dreamers\u201d that evokes a pleasant horseback ride, the Jimmy Buffett-esque ode to Miami \u201cMIA in MIA,\u201d melancholy \u201cWish I Could Say\u201d and stripped-down \u201cRent,\u201d which recently deceased Nashville singer Keith Gattis wrote.
