RJW Logistics Group, an Illinois-based provider of retail logistics solutions for CPG companies, has opened its third warehouse in the Dallas area.<\/p>\n

Since entering the Dallas market with the opening of its first warehouse in 2023<\/a> and second in 2024<\/a> \u2014 both in Mesquite \u2014 the company said it has accelerated the strategic expansion of its Southern consolidation hub, strengthening coast-to-coast operations.<\/p>\n

\u201cDallas is a cornerstone of our growth strategy, and this expansion reflects the momentum we\u2019re seeing from our customers,\u201d CEO Kevin Williamson said in a statement. \u201cExpanding our campus model in the South enhances our ability to provide coast-to-coast, end-to-end retail logistics services that consistently deliver industry-leading performance and stronger financial outcomes for CPG brands.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new 512,223 square foot warehouse in Forney is expected to serve approximately 75 CPG customers and create 200 new jobs in the region. With this expansion, RJW\u2019s Dallas footprint now spans 1.7 million square feet, with more than 600 jobs created to date, the company said.<\/p>\n

Headquartered in Woodridge, Illinois, RJW said it provides nationwide service from 20 state-of-the-art consolidation warehouses located in key transportation corridors across the U.S.<\/p>\n

State-of-the-art features and sustainability<\/p>\n

\u00a0RJW\u2019s Forney facility will provide national retail consolidation services, in addition to value-added services, including labeling, packaging, barcoding, and retailer-ready order preparation. Consistent with all RJW facilities, the Forney location will use state-of-the-art technologies that enable real-time inventory visibility, demand forecasting, and AI-powered predictive analytics to deliver over 98% on-time, 99% in-full, with nearly 100% inventory accuracy performance, the company said.<\/p>\n

\u00a0RJW said it\u2019s continuously advancing sustainability practices that minimize its customers\u2019 environmental footprint. The company\u2019s facilities reflect this commitment through energy efficient building design, LED motion-sensor lighting, fully battery-powered forklift fleets, along with advanced infrastructure that supports future solar integration, EV charging, and improved energy management.<\/p>\n

Beyond facility design, RJW\u2019s Retail Consolidation Program eliminates an average of 34 LTL shipments through one consolidated shipment. The company also prioritizes and invests in the health and age of its fleet with aerodynamic, fuel-efficient, recent vintage trucks that contribute to a more sustainable logistics operation. RJW recycles over 1.8k tons annually across its network and its datacenter uses green power, saving approximately 718 kg of carbon output monthly, the company said.<\/p>\n
