Families hoping to enjoy the fun of the Crayola Experience in Plano just might be a little too late.<\/p>\n
Per the\u00a0Dallas Morning News<\/a>, a sign on the door states that Centennial, the development company that owns Willow Bend Mall, changed the locks on the site Feb. 7 due to “delinquent rent.\u201d<\/p>\n The Crayola Experience’s phone number is disconnected, and the\u00a0website<\/a>\u00a0states the facility is temporarily closed.<\/p>\n The closure comes amid speculation that the Stars will be leaving the American Airlines Center for a new arena to be built on the Willow Bend Mall property.<\/p>\n Anchor stores Neiman Marcus and Dillards have already announced the closing of their stores at Willow Bend.<\/p>\n LISTEN\u00a0<\/a>on the Audacy App \n Featured Image Photo Credit: Getty Images\n <\/p>\n
