The Fort Worth Fire Department began life-saving measures; however, the victim died on scene, officers say.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses on scene told detectives that two men were in the parking lot of a motel when a disturbance occurred and the suspect shot the victim.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been made and the Tarrant County Medical Examiner&#8217;s Office will determine the identification of the victim.
