According to a news release, Jefferson Bank<\/a> announced the opening of a new branch in Alamo Heights on Feb. 9 to kick off its 80th-anniversary celebration throughout 2026.<\/p>\n \u201cThis new banking center reflects our continued investment in San Antonio and our belief that banking is strongest when it is personal, accessible and rooted in the community,\u201d Mitch Walker, the chief executive officer of Jefferson Bank, said in the release.<\/p>\n The banking conglomerate currently has 15 locations serving residents throughout the entire San Antonio metro area, from Boerne to New Braunfels. Their newest branch<\/a> is located at 7373 Broadway, Ste. 100.<\/p>\n The context<\/p>\n \u201cAs the bank celebrates its 80th anniversary, it continues to pursue thoughtful growth, enhancing access and capabilities while preserving its independence and local ownership,\u201d the news release states. \u201cThe new location enhances access for both longtime clients and new relationships along a growing commercial corridor in Northeast San Antonio.\u201d<\/p>\n
