Two Kroger locations in the greater Houston area will be closing this April, the supermarket chain confirmed.<\/p>\n
The Heights location at 239\u00a0W. 20th St. and the Klein Crossing location at 6060 FM 2920 Rd. in Spring will both have their last days on April 10.<\/p>\n

This closure is part of a larger company-wide decision to run more efficiently and ensure the long-term health of our business,” a Kroger spokesperson said in a statement.<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n There are currently 32\u00a0Kroger locations in the city of Houston and eight in Spring, according to the Kroger website<\/a>.<\/p>\n These will not be the only\u00a0Kroger stores to close in the greater Houston area over the past year.
