The expansion follows a recruitment blitz that lured several teams in the last few months, as the Fort Worth area experiences sustained population growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s always been our plan to expand in Fort Worth when it made sense, when the need was there,\u201d said Bryan Pacholski, Compass\u2019 managing director for Dallas\/Fort Worth. \u201cWith continued growth in Fort Worth like we\u2019ve had, the need has certainly arisen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Within the past six months, Compass poached the Dewald Lipari Real Estate Group from Fort Worth independent brokerage League Real Estate; The Urban Group from <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/magazine\/june-2024\/ranking-dallas-top-selling-residential-brokerages-of-2023\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Williams Trew<\/a>, an Ebby Halliday subsidiary; and Wendy Tockey and Ana Lopez from <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/texas\/austin\/2026\/01\/21\/austin-ny-agent-michael-reisor-leaves-elliman-for-compass\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Douglas Elliman<\/a>, Pacholski said.<\/p>\n<p>Compass sold $844 million in homes in Fort Worth last year, according to the brokerage.<\/p>\n<p>Fort Worth\u2019s luxury residential market benefits from the steady influx of businesses to the Metroplex, albeit to a lesser degree than Dallas, Pacholski said. While <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/texas\/dallas\/2025\/12\/24\/dallas-fort-worths-top-home-sales-of-2025\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Park Cities mansions<\/a> are unlikely to slip off the state\u2019s ultra-luxury throne anytime soon, <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/texas\/fort-worth\/2026\/01\/20\/oklahoma-ranching-family-buys-huge-horse-farm-by-fort-worth\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">luxury estates<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/texas\/2026\/01\/14\/houston-power-couple-buys-43m-plus-north-texas-ranch\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">equestrian farms<\/a> generate demand as well. The company\u2019s top sale in the Fort Worth area last year was a $13 million ranch, Pacholski said. <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/texas\/fort-worth\/2025\/08\/05\/southlake-estate-among-top-10-listings-in-texas\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Southlake<\/a> in Tarrant County also includes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/andrewdepietro\/2024\/12\/16\/here-are-the-30-most-expensive-zip-codes-in-texas\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the state<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou have Toyota executives that live in Fort Worth. You have Goldman Sachs people that have moved. You\u2019ve got Bell. You\u2019ve got Lockheed Martin,\u201d Pacholski said.<\/p>\n<p>The Shops at Clearfork is a mixed-use district west of the city, near suburban Benbrook.
