SAN ANTONIO \u2013 One San Antonio family now has a permanent place to memorialize their loved ones, but they say they\u2019re still chasing closure. <\/p>\n
A new headstone was unveiled on Friday for Savanah Soto<\/a> and her unborn baby, Fabian. Savanah, Fabian and Matthew Guerra<\/a> were murdered in December 2023. <\/p>\n Now, more than two years later, the Soto family said their memorial is finished, but they\u2019re still fighting for justice. <\/p>\n Savanah \u201cshould have been here,\u201d Rachel Soto, her grandmother, said. \u201cBaby Fabian should have been running around with all his other little cousins.\u201d <\/p>\n Savanah and Fabian lay next to her late brother, Ethan Soto. He was shot and killed in 2022. The headstone features photos of all three of them. <\/p>\n When asked what he missed most about his sister, Savanah\u2019s brother, Nathaniel Soto, said \u201ceverything.\u201d <\/p>\n The delivery of this headstone comes just one month before Christopher Preciado<\/a>, who is accused of murdering Savanah, Matthew and Fabian, is set to begin trial<\/a>. Preciado\u2019s father, Ramon Preciado<\/a>, has also been charged in connection with their deaths. <\/p>\n
