Hartwood\u2019s community amenities include dog parks, a 6,000-square-foot fitness center, pickleball courts and futsal courts. Apartment amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets.<\/p>\n<p>Hartwood is part of the nearly 500-acre, mixed-use project called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billingsleyco.com\/master-planned-communities\/sloane-corners\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sloan Corners<\/a>. The project, located at the southern corners of US 75 and SH 121 spanning Allen and Fairview, is being developed by the Billingsley Company.<\/p>\n<p>Construction on the first phase is underway with the <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/allen\/development\/2026\/02\/09\/offices-entertainment-and-more-check-out-progress-on-3-allen-developments-along-sh-121\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">second phase expected to begin soon<\/a>, said Carey Morgan, vice president of marketing at Billingsley.
