Dallas Fire-Rescue also responded, helping the two reach the shore.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">DFR shared video of a crew helping save the two men, and their bike, from the rising waters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A second incident was reported at 2:01 p.m. Saturday, police said. The incident was along Northwest Highway near Harry Hines Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officials say several vehicles became stranded in water on the road.
