Construction will begin by the end of this year, with the opening planned for early 2027, the article stated. Arlington-based Grandview will develop the project.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20b873fp1\">The 8,000-square-foot center will have 48 residential patient beds and a 12-bed detoxification program. According to the article, it will operate in partnership with Holman\u2019s 36-bed facility in Smokey Point.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20b873fp1\">Citing county records, the article stated that Holman is subleasing the property from ground lease holder Grandview Management Services.
