Investigators say the driver was heading eastbound on the access road and hit the pedestrian when trying to enter Loop 1604.<\/p>\n<p>Police say the driver stopped and called for help, but the unidentified person hit died at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>More about:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Police units respond on scene.
