The new construction houses will have modern architectural design elements and customizable features.<\/p>\n<p>Homes in the Cypress Collection are anticipated to cost around $1.2 million and homes in the Juniper Collection will start around $1.4 million.<\/p>\n<p>One more thing <\/p>\n<p>An amenity center for the new housing development is expected to break ground later this month, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026012328\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.<\/a> The project will include a neighborhood pool and pool house.
