<\/p>\nIn one week, voters across Texas will get their first opportunity to weigh in on the Super Tuesday primary.<\/p>\n
The primary election weeds the field of Democratic and Republican candidates down to one from each party who will appear on the November General Election ballot.<\/p>\n

Along with a contentious U.S. Senate battle and the gubernatorial race, El Pasoans will pick their candidates for El Paso County Judge and two seats on the El Paso County Commissioners Court.<\/p>\n
Here is some key information before voting begins next week.<\/p>\n
When does early voting start?<\/p>\n
The early voting period in El Paso kicks off Tuesday, Feb. 17, and runs through Friday, Feb. 27, giving voters 11 days to cast their ballots.<\/p>\n
