Hangar AC 203<\/a><\/p>\n A 30,875-square-foot aircraft hangar with offices will be constructed at the Austin Executive Airport.<\/p>\n Location: Austin Executive Airport, 6012 Aviation Drive, PflugervilleEstimated timeline: March 1-Sept. 30Estimated cost: $4.3 million2. Islamic Center of Round Rock<\/a><\/p>\n The Islamic Center of Round Rock will construct a two-floor worship assembly.<\/p>\n Location: 1951 Hampton Lane, Round RockEstimated timeline: June 1-June 1, 2027Estimated cost: $3.2 million3. Crestline at Brushy Creek Amenity Center<\/a><\/p>\n Crestline at Brushy Creek, a new community in Cedar Park, is building a neighborhood pool, pool house and parking lot totaling 1,684 square feet.<\/p>\n Location: 12 Kinvara Cove, Cedar ParkEstimated timeline: Feb. 28-Nov. 30Estimated cost: $2.5 million4. Leander Tech Park <\/a><\/p>\n Baltimore, Md.-based Highway 29 Commercial will construct an 11,261-square-foot shell building. Leander Technology Park, a 50-acre community, will support 13 buildings with approximately 230,000 square feet of space, according to St. John Properties.<\/p>\n
