Howerton and Wall are North Texas natives who grew up watching WFAA. Howerton joined the station in 2017 and has worked there as a general assignment reporter. Wall joined in 2024 and has been an anchor and reporter. The pair were announced as the next Daybreak anchors last month. <\/p>\n

His co-anchor, Kara Sewell, recently went on maternity leave.
