Because if there\u2019s one thing we are not short on in Lubbock, it\u2019s incredible barbecue.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"73\" data-end=\"292\">We don\u2019t need wristbands or parking-lot politics to get brisket done right. We\u2019ve got brick-and-mortar legends, neighborhood staples, and hidden gems serving smoked perfection every single day \u2014 no gatekeeping required.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"471\">I\u2019d also like to apologize in advance for any omissions.
