The Addison caf\u00e9 is led by local entrepreneurs Ludo and Yi Le Gall. A France native, Ludo brings a lifelong passion for culinary tradition and a deep appreciation for authentic caf\u00e9 culture. The couple first partnered with Sweet Paris in 2018, opening their first location in Friendswood in 2020. They later expanded to McKinney in 2025 and now introduce their third venture to Addison.<\/p>\n
