City, community and state leaders gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking of the E-Space North American headquarters and airport development project on Friday, Oct. 3, 2025.<\/p>\n

The project includes a 480,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and office facility, parking, airport access road, aircraft apron and 33,450 sq. ft. hangar for the global telecommunications and satellite manufacturing company. The airport access road will add increased connectivity to the future MLK Drive, implementing key public infrastructure to maximize potential economic impact.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Greg Wyler, founder, CEO and chief architect at E-Space, explained that the project will create an array of jobs including manufacturing, engineering and electrical work, among other. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cEverybody who contributes, contributes meaningfully to what we\u2019re doing, and we\u2019re creating a piece of that American Dream for everyone who comes here,\u201d said Greg Wyler, founder, CEO and chief architect at E-Space.<\/p>\n

In addition to positioning Arlington as a hub for aerospace research and development, the project will create over 2,000 high-wage, high-tech jobs generating $8 billion in salaries and $27 million in net benefits for the City, Tarrant County and AISD over 30 years.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is an example that in Arlington, we build for the future,\u201d said Arlington Mayor Jim Ross.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s important that when you do these projects, you do them with people who get it. With people who understand the importance of community and doing thing collaboratively,\u201d Ross said.<\/p>\n

Through the agreement<\/a>, the Arlington Economic Development Corporation (EDC) will develop and own industrial real estate assets and create community wealth through leasing factory and corporate office space for E-Space\u2019s North American headquarters.<\/p>\n
