The Assistant Manager works closely with the department lead to maintain smooth operations, ensuring all transaction\u2011related tasks, exception handling, and research items are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory alignment.<\/p>\n<p>The role involves guiding a team of operations specialists, serving as a go\u2011to resource for escalations, and partnering with internal groups and external clients.
