Fire Engine 44 was responding to a medical call with its lights and sirens activated when it collided with a Bill Miller truck and several other vehicles, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Medics took three drivers to\u00a0the hospital with minor injuries.
